Subscription renewal retry and credits-protection for freelance marketplaces

@Upwork my payment to renew my paid membership keeps failing and I’m unable to complete the renewal. Could you please help? Also want to ensure my existing Connects don’t expire or disappear when the payment finally goes through. Thanks!
