Automatic per-chip overclocking/tuning tool for AMD CPUs

I wish AMD had a feature like Nvidia's Automatic Tuning for their 9800X3D. I know they have PBO, but every chip is different and it would be great to systemically get a stable and tested overclock, pushing each individual chip to its maximum performance.
