Hey @tibo_maker I've just read your new newsletter. (High praise, as I don't really read newsletters 😄) What do you mean by "build distribution before product" ? Let's say we have an idea for a SaaS. For example: a to-do list ("oh no a todo list 😅). What would be your first step? How do you want to build distribution first?
