AI 'cofounder' workflow: LLM planning + code-agent executor

Solo founders don’t need a cofounder. 1. Start by talking through the feature idea with Claude. I use it to think out loud, clarify the goal, and shape the requirements. 2. Once things are clear, I lock in the requirements. No fluff just what needs to get built. 3. I ask the Replit AI agent to break the plan into phases. Smaller chunks = faster, smoother progress. 4. I run those phases back through Claude for a gut check. Tweak anything that feels off. 5. Once it’s solid, I tell Replit to start building one phase at a time. It’s like having a cofounder who never sleeps. But you can sleep.
