Trusting your gut is critical as a founder/CEO. One of the most important things I've learned is that when you have a gut feeling.. whether it's a new product idea or a product problem, just address it head-on as quickly as possible. But explaining your gut to others might be the most critical skill a founder/CEO needs to develop. This manifests in storytelling to your: your colleagues your customers your investors You can't tell that story until you force yourself to develop clarity around that gut feeling. I'm very much still a work in progress, but it's been fun to lean into this. p.s. AI can be a helpful thought partner to develop that clarity
