Detect autonomous vehicles (e.g. Waymo) and provide drivers safe-merge guidance

#sf pro-tip: if you need to squeeze into a lane in tight traffic, cut off the Waymo. - it will let you in - much less likely to hit you - won’t honk at you and give you the finger (new feature idea?) - (especially east bay) won’t race after you and try to shoot you full of bullets (And, yes, this was tested IRL.) @bgurley
