@bscholl @EdwardTufte I think the main point is that remedial math is up, which is visually the first takeaway. If they wanted to make a point about changing mix of majors, a pie would have been better, but that clearly wasn't the intention (also the mix doesn't appear to have changed much). Personally I thought the majors were interesting. And many have commented on the mystery that some math majors would be taking remedial math. But you're right that it is indeed busy and that it takes some inspection to understand
