Strictly-moderated social platform that bans griefers and rage-baiters

I want a strictly moderated social platform. I don’t mean just banning 18+ content or naughty words either. I want an app that bans griefers, rage baiters and all forms of unpleasantness. I would never want this in the real world, but one platform would be a breath of fresh air.
