@noshiteplease @bros123 @irishexaminer Yes and it becomes a shock when u suddenly need help, after paying for years into the system, it fails at a time when their whole world has just collapsed around their ears. Singularly on their own, so easy to be abused and humiliated. I sent them to citizens advice 4 guidance
