FSD takeover incident logger & quick-report tool

FSD 14.2 Immediate Take Over error. On an 800 mile roadtrip, 4 times FSD has flashed the immediate takeover alert for no apparent reason. Which is annoying, but consider this scenario: You're relaxed cruising down the freeway enjoying the scenery, you get a loud beeping alert, a red hands takeover signal flashing on your screen telling you to take over and the truck begins to slow down and move to the right. The Disengage FSD button is not shown on the screen so the only way to do this is to press the manual button on the steering wheel, even after doing this the immediate take over warning is still flashes. The hazards are turned on and you can't feel the hazard button so you are forced to look up and to the right (away from the road) to turn them off all while trying to figure out what imminent danger is happening to cause FSD to disengage. Meanwhile any car around you is wondering what the hell you're doing. This is extremely dangerous and needs to be fixed @Tesla_AI @elonmusk
