Payment app with subcategory wallets & per-category budgeting

I need an app that can make payments like Google Pay, but also has subcategories like investments, autopay, travel, food and leisure. I want it to let me set a budget and limit in each category and once I’m out of my allotted funds, it should notify me. If I add more money to it
