Real-time study-group chat for viewers watching the same video

i would love it if youtube had a feature where you could interact with any person watching the same video as you at the same time. like a study group for educational videos. different from comments or live video chat imagine you're watching a 3blue1brown video about linear algebra and someone who also wants to learn about it is watching it at the same time. you can talk about it to each other and share your understanding of the video then move on to the next one i just find that having to explain a new concept to someone who knows even less than i do about it really helps consolidate the knowledge i've gained
