Platform to enable African-led infrastructure (funding, training, procurement)

@TrynaBeBetter08 @aperigator3 and saying white people should build the bridges for them is dumb, why would you even want africans to rely on the west for stuff like that? you complain about colonialism, but wanting the west to build africa stuff just makes it overly reliant on the west. it's extremely counterproductive.
