@doctor_rahmeh I would question why any foreign lobby groups are permitted to exist in British politics. If someone created a Russian lobby group, or a Chinese lobby group, it wouldn't be tolerated, therefore there's no legitimate reason to tolerate a Zionist one either. What you've described reference problems with the NHS, I've had other people working in the NHS say similar things to me. A notable problem that keeps coming up is the way that when people complete their qualifications in Britain, there isn't a clear and immediate pathway into training posts and therefore employment. I don't know what your experience was on this but I was told that it wasn't easy. Hence many end up leaving the profession before they've even started (plus saddled with debt). I've had this debate with many people on the Conservative/capitalist right concerning importing of labour, where many of them will highlight problems like mass immigration, or the offshoring of British industries, or unemployment, but they can't accept that the values and ideals that they simultaneously promote are some of the biggest causes of those problems.
