Auto-block & cross-account blocklist sync (mirror users who blocked you)

Been seeing a lot of people replying to Tweets from mutuals who have blocked me that I've never interacted with, never Tweeted at once. Sometimes I wish there was a tool that'd auto-block such people. I'd import that list on any other accounts I have, too. After all: If you can't stand me under a pseudonym, why should I interact with you elsewhere?
