Privacy-first client-side parental controls

This approach has a name: Safe Kids, Safe Rights. I've been working on a ECI to challenge these proposals and really protect children AND protect fundamental rights. Not surveillance that fails at both. We've been struggling to get traction and find all 7 members through out the EU to get this off the ground.
