Head-to-head team matchup simulator for college football rankings

@oureternaloath @BarstoolTexasAM I just wish there was a way to see if Texas was the better team and deserved a playoff spot over say I dunno Oklahoma. If we could just put these 2 teams on the field I’m sure we could figure it out.
