App for sharing problems and wins to vent and connect (no advice)

Someone needs to build an app where you can freely talk about your problems and your wins, not to get advice, but just to let it out and feel lighter and connect with people who can relate genuinely. Twitter isn’t that kind of space anymore. I wish it was.
