Succeeding in Web3 isn’t about being the smartest person in the room. It’s about learning how to move with intention… even when everything feels new and confusing. So here are 3 ways to actually succeed in Web3 — the same things I wish someone had told me when I started. 1) Stay curious, not intimidated: Web3 moves fast, and it’s easy to feel like everyone else “gets it” except you. But trust me — we all Googled the same things. We all asked, “What does this even mean?” Curiosity is your superpower. When you don’t know something, don’t hide — explore it. Ask questions. Read threads. Join spaces. You grow 10x faster when you let curiosity lead instead of fear. 2) Show up consistently — even in small ways: Success in Web3 isn’t loud. It’s built quietly: • one thread read • one tool tested • one community joined • one small action per day Those tiny steps stack. That’s how opportunities find you — jobs, collaborations, grants, recommendations… People trust the person who shows up, not the one who waits to feel “ready.” 3) Don’t do Web3 alone — your community is everything. Your network is your safety net, your learning space, your opportunity engine. Everything good in Web3 comes from people: support, mentorship, alpha, gigs, visibility… Find your people. Join communities. Connect with others who are learning too. Ask for help. Offer help. Grow together. You don’t have to figure this out alone — and honestly, you shouldn’t. The truth is: You don’t need to be a genius to succeed in Web3. You just need: - curiosity - consistency - community If you have these three, you’ll go far — faster than you expect. I’m rooting for you. And I’m walking this journey with you. 🤝
