Integrated text + freehand-drawing visual note editor

Is there any tool that lets us write and draw alongside it? Obsidian is good, I can't visualise on it, it feels very restrictive, only words have to be used, I'm looking for a tool that lets me visualise, draw with the cursor, and write to give reasoning to it.
