Ship small personal apps that solve your own problems

I stopped trying to find the perfect app idea. Now, I just build apps that help me. Needed to stop procrastinating: Built a browser extension to block websites. Got frustrated with the platform for my course: Built a simpler platform. Wanted to collect good AI resources and share them with people: Built a directory site. Some never make it to the public because they're for my personal use. Others get released but nobody uses them. And hopefully, one will eventually be profitable. But all of them achieved their initial goal: to help me. If they help others and make money, it’s a welcome bonus.
