Dynamic apartment/unit pricing overlay for property managers

Someone needs to build an apartment pricing algorithm that sits on top of Appfolio and the other PM systems and prices units with reference to your own portfolio and asking prices for neighboring units (in other words, without collusion). Think you could charge $1/unit/month, easily.
