Interactive desktop literacy training and guided overlays for Gen Z juniors

A foray in to boomerposting, but one of the more notable issues I'm experiencing with juniors in the workplace is relatively poor computer literacy. Younger Gen Z employees seem to be less intuitive when navigating a desktop environment comparative to any software that resembles a mobile interface.
