Wrapper token that auto-sells burned portion to distribute dividends

I don’t believe that. If you have a "buy-back-and-burn token" and you want a "dividend token", you can create a wrapper token that aims to hold a constant percentage of the total supply. It then sells x% automatically on any x% burn and distributes that as a dividend.
