As Iran faces an urgent need to relocate its capital closer to the coast due to an unsolvable water crisis, access to funding is critical. This is not about empowering the government , it is about safe guarding the lives of millions of citizens. Sanctions should not stand in the way of humanitarian needs and the right of people to live in a sustainable environment.
