Platform to fund and equip small farmers (land access, microloans, equipment)

@BryceMLipscomb Here’s an idea: instead of the government giving billions to big AG, we use it to set up small farmers, ranchers, dairy farmers, etc. Give them land, small loans, equipment they need etc. Would be better for the farmers, for the consumers, and for the animals.
