Incentivized plastic recycling pickup marketplace for the Philippines

@waitbutwhy Unfortunately what they say about my country is true. There is shitloads of plastic everywhere and no recycling. Government is hyper bureaucratic and ineffective. Most of all people are undisciplined. No simple solution for this.
