Offline-first resilient crypto wallet (works during CDN/outages)

@theRealKiyosaki Cloudflare outages showed that crypto isn't for regular folks; there's no easy way to use your bitcoin when global content delivery services are down. On the flip side, altcoins like Ethereum and Solana are toast. Decentralization is actually centralized, like it or not, but the dollar is real value, even for a crypto nerd like me. Crypto is a giga bubble and it will implode sooner or later.
