Automated RBI complaint & escalation service for unresolved bank disputes

@Ravisutanjani A refund was not reflecting in my credit card statement even though the merchant had confirmed that it was processed a month ago. I was frustrated with ICICI Bk’s customer care,so I wrote to the RBI Ombudsman. After that,the refund was processed within a day. Fear of RBI works!
