Org-level diagnostics and anonymous upward feedback for engineering teams

@checkthetea This is a lens I haven’t seen many address. What if the engineers are equally frustrated with the car as Lewis and hate showing up week after week only to get poor results. All due to upper management being so bad but they get torn apart as a result.
