Transparency & outcome analytics for homelessness and addiction programs

@Martyupnorth_2 The problem is not “homelessness” it’s Drugs. These people are not one job opportunity away from getting back on their feet. They are struggling with deeply entrenched addictions that they cannot break by themselves, and we the taxpayers are funding the system that only maintains the problem rather than fixing it so the millions of dollars to useless programs keeps flowing.
