If your sweat stinks, you’re unhealthy. There, I said it. Odor comes from: > skin bacteria metabolizing sweat proteins > liver struggling with toxins (esp. sulfur compounds) > gut dysbiosis producing smelly metabolites > ammonia from protein metabolism (worse on keto/high protein) > kidneys not clearing urea efficiently As I got healthier, I smelled better. At my unhealthiest, I smelled the worst.
