Community-managed transparent AI for neighborhood safety

@JimFergusonUK It's hilarious that my app idea to democratize security, which could replace most policing with entirely transparent & community managed local AI so that every neighborhood could consensually choose their own standards, is exactly like the Chinese surveillance system. The only difference is, instead of just a few people with access, everyone has access. This will be the best way to create a high trust-communities outside small rural communities.
