Local 'second brain' that continuously synthesizes a user's personal system prompt for LLMs

@nearcyan Raw data exports like online services don't make sense for LLM world with Agents on the horizon - what we need is 2nd brain between user<>llm, continuously synthesizing the personal user system prompt. And this needs to exist independently, natively on local user device.
