Idea duplicate checker for X (search if an innovation was proposed before)

@elonmusk @premium Hi Elon. I had an idea for a tool that can be used in X, it consists of a tab where any user can search for an innovation idea and see if anyone has already had the same idea. Let's say I have an idea like this and I want to know if anyone has had it before or why it didn't work.
